We have been out of contact for almost one and a half year during Year 2004, this is because we have chosen to work with a troublesome VISA card payment gateway company in HK, which provide no service to merchant like us.

After handling payment with this Visa Card company in HK, we have no more confident to work with them anymore, and we are sorry that this arrangement lead our customer's unsatisfaction for such a long time. Therefore, we decided to work with PAYPAL

Because PAYPAL charge less than visa card company, so this value can actually be re-injected to our website, so that we can provide you more cheaper price, hope our customer understand.

Prices
In the catalogue are retail prices in US dollar taxes included, the prices listed also INCLUDED shipping charges. Parcels are sent from Hong Kong by air mail, with registered post. The minimum order is US$9.90

Delivery
All deliveries will be made within the week following the reception of your order and your payment. Usually takes 7-10 days for American region. The maximum delivery period is 30 days. Goods will be delivered according to their availability. Deliveries cannot be made on P.O. boxes.

International Order
We accept international order, we use airmail and speed post services, with registered post to give your parcel more protection.

Exchange
Items can be exchanged or refund within 14 days of the date of their shipment, by sending them back to us in perfect condition along with your initial invoice. In case of exchange, customers outside Hong Kong will require upto US$29.90 additional shipping charges. Refund will be made within 14 days after return of the goods. For any refund, please specify your PAYPAL account information, and please noted that your shipping charges will NOT be refunded. Please make up your mind before you purchase any item to avoid unneccessary expense.

Security
For security, your personal details and credit card number will be sent to PAYPAL for processing, our website will not keep any of your credit card information. And as the largest credit card processing company, as an e-Bay company, PAYPAL have the most advanced technology to secure your information.

Inventory
Usually we have enough stock to accommodate the order. If unfortunately, the orders you required are temporarily out of stock, you can choose either to Delay Order, in which the order will be sent to you when available, or simply cancel the order.
